Elena Kristofor is a Vienna-based visual artist working with photography, installation, and site-specific interventions. Her work deals with human inscriptions in the landscape and addresses themes of foreignness, threat, displacement, and identity.
Kristofor studied art and photography at the Academy of Fine Arts Vienna and architecture at the Vienna University of Technology. She combines photography, drawing, and sculptural elements to articulate deeply personal reflections on perception and space.
